North Korea Says U.S. Could ‘Pay Dearly’ for ‘Malicious Words’ on Human Rights Violations

Simply days after a U.S. envoy publicly known as on North Korea to renew talks, Pyongyang on Saturday lashed out at Washington and mentioned the Trump administration might “pay dearly” for what it described as “malicious phrases” about human rights.
