Osage group colleges are dedicated to pc science. They’re so dedicated, that Gov. Kim Reynolds invited a few of the youthful college students and school to the capital to be acknowledged throughout yesterday’s Situation of the State tackle.
Reynolds went on to invite the Osage students to rise for a standing ovation – showcasing the support legislators have for this pursuit. But according to Osage Superintendent Barb Schwamman, not everyone is completely stoked with Osage mandating computer science.
Osage is currently teaching computer science courses from elementary school through high school. In these courses, students learn coding and app creation. Reynolds believes the entire state needs to make these courses essential.
